Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

RETURNS

You have 24 hours to report the returning reason for an item from the date you received it.
We do not entertain Refund and Cancellation in any circumstances. Products if found defective can be returned and replaced within 48 hours of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and should have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of the replacement product after inspecting the item.


Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

REFUNDS

No credit refunds will be provided by freshnuthouse.com under any circumstances. Product replacements will happen according to the return criteria


CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer cancellation of orders under any circumstances. Products would be replaced accordance to above mentioned criteria. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
